Prepare bare concrete surfaces using EcoSafe Etch or Nu-EcoSafe Ultra Etch following the recommendations in the relevant TDS. Allow the surface to dry thoroughly before application.
Roller, Brush or Trowel (for self-levelling and coving)
10°C to 30°C ambient, dry conditions
Roller or brush: Apply two even coats, observing recoat and dry times as outlined in the TDS
Trowel: As required
Coving: As required
Very cold weather may retard curing times leaving a tacky surface for 3 – 4 days
Heating the room will accelarate curing after application
Ensure adequate ventilation and avoid naked flames for at least 48 hours
EPiC Epoxy 100 is not recommended for exterior use, as early loss of gloss and surface chalking is likely due to UV damage. May be topcoated with EPiC PolyCryl to add UV protection and colour if desired.
EPiC Epoxy 100 hardener may be irritating to the skin and suitable safety precautions must be taken during handling and application
Ensure adequate ventilation if applying sealer in enclosed spaces
Avoid contact with naked flames, sparks, pilot lights and other sources of ignition
