NuTech Asbestos Sealer is a premium water-based coating engineered to meet the specific needs of asbestos and cement sheet surfaces. This high-performance sealer plays a vital role in controlling dust and preventing the degradation of asbestos materials, significantly reducing the risk of harmful fibre release into surrounding environments.
Formulated with a durable acrylic emulsion, NuTech Asbestos Sealer is designed for both porous and non-porous substrates, offering deep saturation and reliable surface penetration. By forming a strong, binding barrier, it enhances surface stability and provides a safe, secure base for further coating systems.
Ideal for use under NuFlex, TileFlex, or NXT Cool Zone, this sealer ensures long-term performance, improved adhesion, and safer surface preparation for asbestos remediation and encapsulation projects.

High-pressure cleaning of asbestos surfaces or the use of mechanical equipment is prohibited. Pre-treatment with Nu-EcoSafe MossRid is recommended. Application in cooler weather is recommended to ensure maximum penetration of Asbestos Sealer.
Application by brush or roller to the saturation point is required to maximise surface binding properties.
High pressure cleaning of asbestos surfaces is prohibited.
