PaveCoat Same Day Sealer is a solvent-based acrylic concrete sealer specially designed for application to freshly poured concrete. Its unique formula allows it to be applied on the same day the concrete is poured, helping to lock in moisture, enhance curing strength, and protect the surface from early-stage damage. This makes it an ideal choice for builders and contractors who need immediate sealing performance without compromising quality.
This product penetrates the surface to form a dust-reducing, wear-resistant barrier. It improves long-term durability and reduces efflorescence, particularly on coloured concrete.

Preparation
PROVIDING THAT the concrete surface is firm and resistant to light foot traffic, PaveCoat Cure & Seal can be applied. Ensure the surface is clean and not saturated with moisture.
NOTE: PaveCoat Cure & Seal assists in moisture retention to improve the concrete curing process. Next-day sealing with this product is NOT RECOMMENDED.
If same-day sealing is impractical, NuTech Paint recommends allowing the new concrete surface to cure for a minimum of 7 days before application*. PaveCoat is the recommended sealer.
Refer to the relevant TDS for appropriate preparation and application instructions.
*Subject to weather, temperature, concrete strength and other factors.
In winter, concrete can remain cold and wet on the surface for up to seven days. Sealing this surface with PaveCoat Cure & Seal is NOT recommended in these conditions.
Airless Spray, Roller or Brush
10°C to 30°C ambient, dry conditions.
Do not apply if: Rain is likely within 12 hours, it is late in the day or early in the morning. Failure to observe these directions can result in coating damage and surface clouding.
Application
PaveCoat Cure & Seal has been developed for same-day sealing of freshly poured concrete (including slate or stencilled finishes), provided the surface is firm and can support light foot traffic.
Before application, ensure the surface is clean, free from dust and debris, and not saturated with moisture.
If PaveCoat Cure & Seal is applied on the same day as the pour, it helps retain moisture and supports the curing process. In this case, the surface can be re-sealed with PaveCoat as early as the next day.
If same-day sealing is not possible, the concrete should be allowed to cure for a minimum of 7 days before applying PaveCoat Cure & Seal.*
*Drying and curing times may vary depending on weather conditions, ambient temperature, and concrete strength. Concrete may remain damp on the surface in colder months for up to seven days. Sealing is not recommended until the surface begins to whiten, indicating that the concrete has sufficiently cured.
