Original balcony glazed tiles were rather dated and needed a total refresh without going through the expanse of a full balcony/tile replacement. After extensive looking at different products that would both adhere & reseal our existing balcony tiles, word on the street ( Bunnings Workshop community ) expert advised on a product called NuTech PaveCoat. The good lady wife and myself even went as far as visiting NuTech’s office in Seaford for advice. I was strongly advised to prep the existing tiles with both re-grouting / cleaning, followed by applying a product called AmbientPro-Elite Four 2 Four primer for the initial adhesion, then applying PaveCoat. After nearly 2 years of full sun UV exposure and normal balcony use, I’m more than happy. The only restriction I have is no metal objects to be dragged on the surface for obvious reasons.
We are more than happy with this product, and would highly recommend them to support Australia-made first. Attached are a couple of photos being prior to now, after re-sealing with very little fade after full exposure.

I have used Nutech’s interior and exterior paint for many years within our own home and investment properties. I have found it to be of superior quality which provided incredible coverage. One of our rooms had bright red paint which was repainted to a pale green easily with two coats. Easy wash up too.
